This privacy policy applies to the “Symvi” app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Rowoon Lee (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not obtain any information when you download and use it. Registration is not required to use the Application.

Face Data Description

This application does not collect or store users’ facial data, nor is it shared with any third parties.

When a user takes a facial photo within the app or imports a photo from the gallery, the image is used only temporarily for the app’s functionality and is processed locally on the device. The captured facial photo is not transmitted to external servers or stored in the cloud, and all data is deleted upon closing the app. In other words, facial data exists only temporarily during app usage and is not used for any other purposes or shared externally.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
